Use the tool below to determine the right order form based on your product needs. This form will be used to communicate your specifications to IDT Customer Care for processing your order or quote request. Regional email addresses can be found on our Contact Us page.
Click Sign In on the upper right of any IDT webpage, then click Register to create a new account.
Choose a Login Name and Password.
Continue by supplying your contact information in the personal information section, then click Save to create your account.
Now your name will appear at the top of the IDT webpages. Click your name, select My Account from the drop-down menu, then choose Edit Address Information to provide your shipping and billing information. Once this is complete, you are ready to order.
After you have added items to the shopping cart for purchase, click the cart to view, then select E-mail cart/Quote. On the next page, select Request quote and confirm your email address before clicking Submit.
Quotes can be processed by selecting the Place order now link at the bottom of the quote PDF, then proceeding through the checkout screens.
Note: Your default shipping and billing address must be entered before requesting a quote. Do this by clicking your name at the top of the page and selecting My account, then Edit address information.
Many items can be reordered via your online order history. Access your order history by selecting your name in the top right corner and choosing "Order History" in the drop-down menu. Search for specific items and add them to the shopping cart for reorder.
Please note, if you are not the original end-user on an order, this information will not be available in the order history of your account.
To resubmit an order placed by a colleague, you will need to obtain the sequence information and submit a new order.
Plates can be ordered on our website or by email; we do not accept plate orders by fax.
To submit a plate order on our website, go to https://www.idtdna.com/pages/products/custom-dna-rna/dna-oligos/custom-dna-oligos, and select the "Plates" option under the ordering tab. Choosing the "Order" option relative to the scale and plate size you want will take you to an entry page. You will be able to paste your plate sequences in or upload an Excel file using the "Upload Plate(s)" option. You will need to indicate your plate specifications by following the steps in the ordering process.
We offer both 96- and 384-well plates in the following plate types: Deep Well, V-bottom, and PCR. Matrix plates are also available for an additional fee. Oligos can be normalized to a specific yield, volume, and concentration at no extra charge.
